As far I know Idhun Tv is an online Tv channels. I haven't seen subscription of it any where in the USA, UK or Canada. Basically they broadcast the latest bollywood Music, upcoming movie trailors and Hindi classic movies, talk shows and Much more. Over all a good indian entertainment channel.
